- Shipping charges start at $10.95 however this will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

- 2-4 Business days

- 1-2 Business days (Express)

Order Outside Victoria

- 3-6 Business days

- 1-3 Business days (Express)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

- A Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Tracking details will activate within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

- Customers may be responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred during shipping.

Damages:

- Equity is not responsible for any damages or losses during transit. Please contact the carrier to file a claim if your order arrives damaged.

In the case of dissatisfaction of our products we offer a full refund under these conditions:

- Item must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

- Item must not be worn or washed and must have all original tags attached.

- Item must be in original condition and packaging.
